Srujan is a Business
Ideation and Business
Plan Competition hosted
by Symbiosis Centre for
Information Technology,
Pune in collaboration
with the Rotary club of
Poona North. It is open
for all aspiring Entrepreneurs
above 18 years of age.
The main objective of
this grand event is to
develop an entrepreneurial
and innovative solution
in some of the sectors
which need attention from
the youth at large.
Entries into the event
seeks viable business
ideas in the following
fields:
(1) Education
(2) Health
(3) Information technology
(4) E-waste/garbage disposal
(5) Energy
(6) Water
(7) Agricultural &
Rural development / Food
processing
NOTE: Ideas have to be
dedicated to the Indian
context
Participants can submit
Business Ideas, Business
Plans or a combination
of both.
The proposals for business
ideation and business
plan competition shall
be selectively shortlisted
and three winners shall
be awarded with cash prizes:
I – Rs. 25000
II – Rs. 15000
III – Rs.10000
In case of business ideation
only there shall be one
prize of Rs.5000
NOTE: The winners will
be given an option of
implementing their proposed
solution with a loan upto
Rs 50 lakhs from a trust.
In case they want to continue
with their studies they
can sign a moratorium
agreement that after a
specified period of time
they can still avail of
the loan and implement
the solution.
