SYNOPSIS
The MCITP: Vista Consumer
Support certification is a
Microsoft Certified Information
Technology Professional
accreditation focused around the
concept of aiding and support
users in a small home environment.
It is a medium to entry level
examination and one of two MCITP
level Vista Support
certifications.
In order to attain the
certification, you must only pass
one exam, 70-623: Vista Consumer
support (a shortened name of the
official title of "Supporting and
Troubleshooting Applications on a
Windows Vista Client for Consumer
Support Technician"). This is a
great advantage over most MCITP
programs, which require multiple
certifications and examinations.
